Though how you start may be important, how you end is what really matters. Be careful when your mantra now becomes “I used to do…” especially when it has to do with good works, and being zealous for God. The only thing that should die down and remain in the past are the things that impede your growth and progress in Christ. The challenges and changing scenes of life are real and they sometimes hit us hard, thereby shifting our focus.
I pray for a fresh oil upon you, the strength and Grace of God be made available unto you. May you continue being zealous for Christ and finish well, that you will know and say bold to yourself at the end that you fought a good fight, kept the faith and have finished the race.
